Personality: Warm, kind, and considerate are not words that would accurately describe Belphegor. Bel is an entitled, rude, and proud brat. He does not care much for anyone around him and will not hesitate to cut them if they annoy him. He’s a prince from an unknown country and feels that everyone has to bow down to him and bend to his will. If they don’t they can easily be replaced. He’s a very violent individual that will kill anyone that gets in his way. It doesn’t matter who they are. He stabbed his twin brother to death and killed the rest of his family, Bel will not hesitate to take another life.

Bel is a member of the Varia, a mafia assassination group, and known as Prince the Ripper for the way he uses his knives and wires to cut someone up. He’s a battle genius that can analyze the battlefield and make up plans in the heat of the moment. If he sees his own blood, his sadomasochistic side will come out which will make him fight harder to see more of his blood and the blood of his opponent. It is one of the reasons he’s among one of the best fighters in the Varia.

As with other members of the Varia his name continues with the theme of the Seven Deadly Sins by representing the sin of Sloth that shows another part of his personality. He may be a genius, but he can be very lazy. He joined the Varia out of boredom, he’s apathetic towards the suffering of others, and won’t think twice about killing someone. He’ll throw his knives at an ally if it means he will be entertained. A bored Bel is not good for anyone around him.

Another form of entertainment for him is messing with others. It is not good to show any weakness around him. Once he finds out he will continually exploit it for his pleasure. The angrier someone becomes, the more fun Bel has. The only person he really won’t mess with very much or at all is the boss Xanxus. If you’re not him then he will make it a point not to listen just to mess with that person. He doesn’t bite his tongue and will tell you if you annoy him or anything else that comes to mind.

Despite these negative qualities he will work someone he considers an ally. To Bel only he is allowed to mess with that person, no one else. If he sees someone trying to mess with them then Bel with cut them down without hesitation. Once he’s allies with someone he will fight along their side. He may feel entitled to everything, rude, and violent he does have his own form of loyalty. It is something that he will not explain or reveal easily, if at all. If he doesn’t throw a knife at someone to kill then he likes them and will work with them. He does take pride in a job well done.

☆INTERSTELLAR

Chosen Powers: As a human Bel doesn’t have any powers. However, he is a genius and prodigy when it comes to wielding knives. On top of using his knives he uses wires with them to catch his enemy off guard. One of his deadliest techniques that uses both is called the Cutting Knives Waltz where he surrounds his opponent with wires and knives making it impossible for them to escape.

Coming from KHR he does have the ability to use the Storm Flames, an offensive power that can decay and break apart anything it touches. With this ability he’s able to infuse his knives with the flames. He can also use Vistone Tempesta or Storm Mink that can use the Storm Flames destructive power to destroy anything it touches. However, in Vista City his Storm Flames will be able to weaken a building to the point where destruction will be easy. If someone is cut with his Storm infused knives they will weakened to the point where it will be easy to take them away or knock out.

15 MP: To regain his Storm Flames

20 MP- to use the ability to infuse his knives with the storm flames. He won't be able to instantly destroy anything, but once he places his knife in a building it will suffer extra damage. If he's able to wrap his wires around someone or hit them with his knives it will cause a lot of pain and weaken them in the process.

The remaining 25 MP will be used to summon his Mink. It won't destroy anything it instantly touches, but his mink can focus on an area and cause extra damage to it. His mink will also be able to move fast enough to surround a person in the Storm Flames he can create with his tail. 

Chosen Equipment:
Bel is going to be bringing his knives, wires, and Varia Storm ring with him.

Relevant Skills:
As a battle genius he is able to make up a plan in the heat of the moment and change it if he needs to. Once he finds someone weakness he will be able to exploit it for his gain. While he may not be the easiest person to work, but once there’s a plan he will be able to adjust and adapt to it. Being part of the Varia he knows the language of his country, Japanese, Italian, and English. He also knows how to blend in and get information that he will use for their favor.

Character Goals:
Once he heard that the Boss and the captain were gone he wanted to see it for himself. He heard that Mammon was getting allowance and he wanted some of that too.
