Description: From a glance Bel may look cute and harmless, being only 170cm, about 5’5, but that's a big mistake to make. He may be lithe and toned, but he can move very fast and throw precise in the process. He has a few distinct features. One of those features is his Cheshire cat like smile that he’s always wearing, though it's not a smile to put someone at ease. It’s rare for him not to be smiling or giving his distinctive ‘ushishishi’ laugh.
He has blonde hair that covers his eyes, while his eyes are never seen someone from the Varia had the chance to see them and they were described as being cool and loyal. He also has a crescent birthmark on the right side of his stomach.
He usually wears the Varia uniform with a purple striped shirt and a tiara that shows his status as a prince.
Physical changes: I’d like Bel to have fangs that stretches out his mouth while he's laughing to make him look even crazier than before.
Powers: Shounen Powers go! Bel come from Katekyo Hitman Reborn where there are powerful babies, time travel, and a power call the Dying Will Flame. This power gives the person an ability based on the nature that represents them from Sun to Rain to Storm and so on. There are different ways that the Dying Will Flames can be summoned from using weapons or in some cases being shot in the head with a bullet by a baby.
The Dying Will Flame can be considered as battle aura, however it’s an aura that only a few individuals can see. There are only a few individuals that can use this power too. Bel is one of those individuals that can use this power. He, along with other members of the Varia, use rings to harness this power. Bel has the ability to use the Storm Flames, a flame known for their highly offensive and destructive power. Storm Flames can decay and break apart anything that it touches. This power is so destructive it can be used to break other Dying Will Flames.
Along with using the Storm Flames, Bel can summon a Box Weapon called Visone Tempesta, a mink that is very similar to Bel. He’s small, fast, and destructive. His mink’s fur can generate Storm Flames that can destroy anything that it touches. His mink moves so fast no one can escape or catch it. His mink uses his speed to produce a shield with the Flames by rapidly spinning his tail.
On top of Bel being able to use Storm Flames, he’s a battle genius that can analyze the battlefield then make up a plan in the heat of the battle. He has a prodigy level when it comes to using knives. He can throw them with such deadly precision that he hits his target each time. Along with using his knives, he’s able to use wires with them making his techniques even deadlier. One of those techniques that he uses is called the Cutting Knives Waltz. The Cutting Knives Waltz surrounds the battlefield with wires and knives trapping his enemy in it before cutting them up from all directions. That technique is one that has become his signature attack.
These may not be powers, but here are some notable things Bel can do:
• He has the ability to fuse his knives with the Storm Flames making them even more destructive than before.
• He’s been an assassin since the age of eight. He’s been killing people ever since then and he doesn’t see it stopping any time soon.
• On top of having the 7-8 languages that the Varia needs in order to join, he knows the language from his native country, Japanese, Italian, and English.
• He can use his knives and wires to make elegant ice sculptures. It’s not very destructive, but it’s something that he can use his powers to do.

What Brings Them To Hell: Well, where do I begin? On top of stabbing his twin brother, going on to kill the rest of his family, then joining the Varia at the tender age of eight it’s no surprise that Bel does not care another person’s life. He takes joy in not only messing with people such as finding out their weakness then exploiting it for his gain, he will go as far as to torture someone if it means he’s having fun. While many of his deaths haven’t been shown in the manga it’s safe to say that he has quite a long list of the people that he’s killed.
His prodigy level control of knives has extended to include wires when he grew up earned him the nickname ‘Prince the Ripper’ a name that he takes a lot of pride in. Bel has fun messing opponents, breaking them down, then torturing them before he kills them. He’s been accepted to a group of assassins since he was eight. He’s lived with a group of people that could care less about someone’s life let alone if a child grows up seeing something like that. He throws his knives at anyone who bothers him, when he’s bored, or when he wants to mess with someone. He represents the sin of Sloth which reflects his lack of morals and care for other people around him.
Despite this he has his own form of loyalty which boils down to if he finds you acceptable of his time then he won’t kill you. He’ll mess with you, throw a knife at you, but he won’t kill you. If that’s not enough to get him in here did I mention that he’s been killing since the tender age of eight?

He’s grown up around sadistic, psychotic killers that has only encouraged his bloodlust and lack of morals. If you ask him killing his family was the best thing he’s done because he got an even one out of it.
Did I forget to mention that he’s a battle genius that’s been using his knives since that tender age of eight? He’s only gotten better with them through time that now while he uses wires so he can cut up more people and place them in a torture setting where they can’t move or they’ll get cut by either the knives or the wires. This is his idea of fun. He loves seeing blood, hearing the screams of people, then hanging them up in the best way possible.
While he loves seeing blood, he loves nothing more than seeing his own blood. That’s right he doesn’t hide his sadomasochistic tendencies from anyone. Why should he? He’s a prince. He feels that anyone who gets cut or killed by him should be honored that he actually took time out of his day to pay attention to them. He could be doing or killing someone else. If he’s bored watch out. Anyone that knows Bel, knows that a bored Bel is a dangerous one. It doesn’t matter if someone is suffering in the process he’s going to have his fun.
If Bel doesn’t want to do something good luck getting him to move if your name isn’t Xanxus. However, if he can get something from it then he’s on board. On top of his killing skills he’s an expert at making ice sculptures. So if there’s an event that needs something nice there, besides him, he’ll make it. If he wants to, of course.
Then to sweeten the deal his name is Belphegor. He’s named after a prince of Hell he belongs here, no question about it. Arrogant, entitled, killer, torturer, and lazy he’s a perfect candidate for Hell. Honestly, whoever is in his seat with his name on it was just gracious enough to keep it warm for him.
He also throws his knives a lot, just a little something to remember about him.
Setting Fit:
He’ll be coming in as a newbie. He will be in hell for about a few months, avoiding work, and messing with anyone that he can. If he can find a job in the Punishments department where he can torture someone as much as he likes. He’ll take that for a bit before joining Xanxus and Squalo in whatever they have planned. Once Xanxus and Squalo get whatever they have set up he’s going to be working with them, then later on living with them too. Until then he’ll be pretty happy in the Punishments department, if not he’ll go to Corruptions. He’s not going to like working, but he’ll be able to stomach it if he can torture or mess with people along the way.

Character Info: Because I am a Prince
Personality: Warm, kind, and considerate are not words that would accurately describe Belphegor. Bel is an entitled, rude, and proud brat. He does not care much for anyone around him and will not hesitate to cut them if they annoy him. He’s a prince from an unknown country and feels that everyone has to bow down to him and bend to his will. If they don’t they can easily be replaced. He’s a very violent individual that will kill anyone that gets in his way. It doesn’t matter who they are. He stabbed his twin brother to death and killed the rest of his family, Bel will not hesitate to take another life.
Bel is a member of the Varia, a mafia assassination group, and known as Prince the Ripper for the way he uses his knives and wires to cut someone up. He’s a battle genius that can analyze the battlefield and make up plans in the heat of the moment. If he sees his own blood, his sadomasochistic side will come out which will make him fight harder to see more of his blood and the blood of his opponent. It is one of the reasons he’s among one of the best fighters in the Varia.
As with other members of the Varia his name continues with the theme of the Seven Deadly Sins by representing the sin of Sloth that shows another part of his personality. He may be a genius, but he can be very lazy. He joined the Varia out of boredom, he’s apathetic towards the suffering of others, and won’t think twice about killing someone. He’ll throw his knives at an ally if it means he will be entertained. A bored Bel is not good for anyone around him.
Another form of entertainment for him is messing with others. It is not good to show any weakness around him. Once he finds out he will continually exploit it for his pleasure. The angrier someone becomes, the more fun Bel has. The only person he really won’t mess with very much or at all is the boss Xanxus. If you’re not him then he will make it a point not to listen just to mess with that person. He doesn’t bite his tongue and will tell you if you annoy him or anything else that comes to mind.
Despite these negative qualities he will work someone he considers an ally. To Bel only he is allowed to mess with that person, no one else. If he sees someone trying to mess with them then Bel with cut them down without hesitation. Once he’s allies with someone he will fight along their side. He may feel entitled to everything, rude, and violent he does have his own form of loyalty. It is something that he will not explain or reveal easily, if at all. If he doesn’t throw a knife at someone to kill then he likes them and will work with them. He does take pride in a job well done.
☆INTERSTELLAR
Chosen Powers: As a human Bel doesn’t have any powers. However, he is a genius and prodigy when it comes to wielding knives. On top of using his knives he uses wires with them to catch his enemy off guard. One of his deadliest techniques that uses both is called the Cutting Knives Waltz where he surrounds his opponent with wires and knives making it impossible for them to escape.
Coming from KHR he does have the ability to use the Storm Flames, an offensive power that can decay and break apart anything it touches. With this ability he’s able to infuse his knives with the flames. He can also use Vistone Tempesta or Storm Mink that can use the Storm Flames destructive power to destroy anything it touches. However, in Vista City his Storm Flames will be able to weaken a building to the point where destruction will be easy. If someone is cut with his Storm infused knives they will weakened to the point where it will be easy to take them away or knock out.
15 MP: To regain his Storm Flames
20 MP- to use the ability to infuse his knives with the storm flames. He won't be able to instantly destroy anything, but once he places his knife in a building it will suffer extra damage. If he's able to wrap his wires around someone or hit them with his knives it will cause a lot of pain and weaken them in the process.
The remaining 25 MP will be used to summon his Mink. It won't destroy anything it instantly touches, but his mink can focus on an area and cause extra damage to it. His mink will also be able to move fast enough to surround a person in the Storm Flames he can create with his tail.
Chosen Equipment:
Bel is going to be bringing his knives, wires, and Varia Storm ring with him.
Relevant Skills:
As a battle genius he is able to make up a plan in the heat of the moment and change it if he needs to. Once he finds someone weakness he will be able to exploit it for his gain. While he may not be the easiest person to work, but once there’s a plan he will be able to adjust and adapt to it. Being part of the Varia he knows the language of his country, Japanese, Italian, and English. He also knows how to blend in and get information that he will use for their favor.
Character Goals:
Once he heard that the Boss and the captain were gone he wanted to see it for himself. He heard that Mammon was getting allowance and he wanted some of that too.
